Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Field Coverage: Conducting regular field visits to fish trade and processing clients, vegetable and fruit farms and packing stations, and packaging factories.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Direct selling and achieving the specified monthly and annual targets in terms of volume and financial value.
• Collection Follow-up: Following up on the company's receivables from clients and collecting invoices on their specified due dates in accordance with the credit policy.
• Opening New Markets: Continuously searching for new clients in wholesale markets, agricultural export stations, fish farms, and food companies.
• Quality and Order Follow-up: Receiving orders and ensuring the specifications of the boxes (dimensions, density, and shock/cooling resistance) meet the client's requirements, and following up on delivery with the transport and logistics sector.
• Customer Service and Problem Solving: Handling customer complaints related to quality or supply immediately and working to resolve them in coordination with management.
• Reporting: Submitting periodic reports (daily/weekly) on visit activity, sales volumes, competitor prices, and sales opportunities available in the market.

Functional Specifications and Requirements

• Experience: Two (2) years of experience in the field of sales, with a strong preference for those with a background in foam factories or EPS raw materials and packaging solutions.
• Educational Qualification: A suitable higher degree (Agriculture, Commerce, or Business Administration preferred).
• Readiness to Travel: Full ability and willingness to travel and move between governorates throughout the week according to the approved route plan.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the uses of foam boxes in thermal insulation and cooling for fish and fresh products.

Personal Skills:

• Good sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with wholesalers and farm owners.
• A valid driving license and a car are preferred.
