Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Potential HR is hiring on behalf of its client Capital Elite Developments a leading real estate development company for a Marketing Manager to lead and manage the companys marketing activities across brand digital campaigns content lead generation events and marketing performance.

The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support brand awareness qualified lead generation sales performance and business growth. The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales creative digital agencies and top management to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual and monthly marketing plan in line with business and sales objectives.
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital offline events activations and real estate launches.
• Lead brand positioning messaging content direction and communication consistency across all channels.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media paid campaigns content website landing pages and lead generation.
• Coordinate with sales teams to understand market needs customer feedback lead quality and campaign performance.
• Manage external agencies media buyers designers content creators photographers and production suppliers.
• Monitor campaign performance marketing KPIs lead quality cost per lead conversion rates and ROI.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and dashboards for top management.
• Support real estate project launches exhibitions open days events and branch marketing activities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends opportunities pricing messages and positioning gaps.
• Ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across campaigns and channels.
• Lead guide and follow up with the marketing team to ensure quality execution and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Mass Communication or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Previous experience in real estate development brokerage property marketing or construction-related marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in digital marketing campaign management lead generation and brand communication.
• Excellent understanding of paid media social media content planning events and offline marketing.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance campaign results lead quality and ROI.
• Experience managing agencies suppliers creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Previous experience in real estate launches or property campaigns.
• Experience working closely with sales teams.
• Experience with CRM lead tracking Meta Ads Google Ads website analytics or marketing dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication leadership planning follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Very good to excellent English.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
