Role Description The Media Buyer at BLU Advertising is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing media space across channels such as TV, radio, digital, and outdoor to maximize campaign performance and return on investment. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing audience data, reviewing media performance reports, coordinating with media vendors, and aligning buys with agreed media strategies and client objectives. The Media Buyer collaborates with the media planning and account teams to prepare recommendations, attend client meetings, and adjust campaigns based on performance insights. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate records of all media bookings, and ensuring campaigns run on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong Media Planning and Media Strategy skills to design effective, data-driven campaign plans.
• Proficiency in Media Buying, including negotiation, vendor management, and optimizing media placements.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret audience data, track KPIs, and make performance-based recommendations.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, presenting media plans, and managing client and vendor relationships.
• Experience with media research tools and reporting platforms is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
