We are looking for a Purchasing Officer with strong experience in the restaurant and cafe sector (F&B) to manage the full purchasing cycle, starting from selecting suppliers and negotiating prices, ensuring the quality of received raw materials and their compliance with specifications, to monitoring stock levels and controlling food costs (Food Cost). Previous experience in the same field and extensive knowledge of food markets and cafe supplies are required.
