Senior Member Relations Officer | Dokki

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Member Relations Officer with strong B2B business development and relationship-building experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new member companies and build a strong B2B pipeline.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and market research.
• Present membership benefits, services, programs, and networking opportunities.
• Convert prospects into active members and support onboarding.
• Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, roundtables, and business events.
• Track prospects, pipeline activity, and conversion performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Key Account Management, or Relationship Management.
• Strong networking and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience dealing with senior-level decision-makers.
• Excellent English.
• Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.
