Job Purpose: Ensure the implementation of quality systems and procedures within the factory, and monitor the quality of raw materials, production processes, and the final product, ensuring that synthetic fibers comply with approved technical specifications and customer requirements. Responsibilities and Duties: Inspect incoming raw materials according to approved specifications. Record inspection results and approve or reject materials. Coordinate with procurement and warehouses in case of non-conformity. Monitor process quality during operation (In-Process Inspection). Ensure compliance with operating standards and technical specifications. Identify any deviations or defects during production and inform the relevant departments. Propose corrective actions to improve process quality. Inspect the final product before storage or shipping. Ensure that synthetic fibers meet the required specifications. Issue approval or rejection reports. Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials and the final product. Use measuring and testing equipment according to instructions. Ensure periodic calibration of measuring equipment. Prepare and update quality records and reports. Register non-conformities (NCR). Prepare reports on defects and waste. Follow up on non-conformities and take corrective actions. Participate in Root Cause Analysis. Monitor the implementation of preventive measures. Participate in internal audits of the quality system. Commit to applying ISO requirements. Assist in preparing for external audits. Contribute to analyzing customer quality complaints. Propose solutions to improve product quality and reduce defects. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Adhere to safety instructions while performing work. Use personal protective equipment. Report any potential risks. Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Proficiency in report preparation and computer software. Ability to work under pressure.
