Job Summary:

To review and assess project and product risk evaluations, ensuring that all relevant project documentation is properly reviewed and that project developments are monitored throughout their lifecycle.

The role is responsible for reviewing the fulfillment of control and governance requirements related to Residual Risk Assessments (RRA) and ensuring that all required actions identified by the Risk Systems team and relevant stakeholders are completed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review the project’s Request for Proposal (RFP) with the designated project owner and provide recommendations.
• Review the project Statement of Work (SOW) with the designated project owner and provide recommendations.
• Review the Business Requirements Document (BRD) with the designated project owner and provide recommendations.
• Review the control testing results and supporting evidence and direct the designated project owner to take the required actions.
• Review Information Systems Operational Risk recommendations related to products.
• Coordinate with the relevant department within the Risk Sector and/or the concerned business sector through email or participation in meetings with stakeholders whenever any obstacles arise that affect the operation of risk systems from an Information Systems Operational Risk perspective, until such issues are resolved.
• Review the recommendations implemented by the responsible officer to prevent recurrence of the same issues or obstacles within the same department or across multiple risk departments, where applicable

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in IT Operational Risk.
