About the Role

WE'RE HIRING! FRENCH-SPEAKING CALL CENTER AGENTS :

We're looking for French speaking Call Center Agents to join our team immediately.. Salary: $567 NET per month

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails.
• Provide accurate solutions according to company SOPs.
• Resolve cases within your authorization or escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Communicate resolutions clearly and professionally to customers.

Qualifications

• College degree or above

Required Skills

• French level: C1 or B2+
• English level: B1 or above
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• Previous experience in technical support is a plus

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary: $567 NET per month

Working Schedule

• Fixed shift: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM
• Work From Site (WFS) only
