Your day-to-day

Provide prompt, professional support to users via email, chat, and phone

Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users step by step to solutions

Collaborate with teams to improve service quality and meet user needs

Collect user feedback and share updates and new features

Stay on top of products, policies, and industry trends so you can help users with confidence

Handle issues efficiently and keep user satisfaction high

You’re a great fit if you have

C1-level German (written and spoken)

A university degree, and completed or exempted military service

1+ year of sales experience
