3+ years of experience managing software development projects. Strong hands-on experience with Jira (boards, sprints, workflows, reporting). Proven ability to write BRDs and technical project documentation. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices. Enough technical background to discuss APIs, databases and system integration with developers. Fluent Arabic and strong written English. Reliable internet and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Nice to have
PMP, CSM or similar certification. Experience with healthcare systems or on-premise deployments. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 documentation requirements.
