At least 5 years of experience in the field of manufacturing and selling plastic bags. Previous experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets. Ability to develop and implement sales plans and strategies. Experience in opening new markets, attracting new clients, and building strong relationships with existing clients. Proficiency in negotiation, preparing price quotations, and closing deals. Ability to supervise the sales team, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports. High leadership and organizational skills and the ability to achieve company goals.
