Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch opening and closing procedures during scheduled working hours, and ensure the execution of all daily checklists.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, branch key performance indicators (KPIs), dress code standards, and professional conduct.
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality, and ensure compliance with customer service standards and professional appearance.
Conduct daily morning meetings with the team to define priorities, clarify sales targets, and follow up on the execution of previous tasks and procedures.
Ensure the accuracy of displayed price tags and their consistency with prices registered in the Retail Management System (RMS).
Analyze product sales performance against targets and take necessary actions to manage slow-moving products.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring they are fully closed and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Communicate promotional offers and updates from head office to the branch team, and ensure timely updates of price tags and product displays.
Review customer order delivery processes after invoicing.
Review branch installment requests and Mylo account creation requests before submitting documents to the relevant department.
Coordinate with the planning department to arrange for the withdrawal of slow-moving products from the branch.
Review monthly branch inventory results, including stock levels, fast and slow-moving items, shortages, and discrepancies resulting from the inventory.
Follow up on the completion and closing of inter-branch stock transfer orders.
Coordinate with supporting departments and divisions to resolve issues related to branch infrastructure and facilities.
Analyze daily branch sales and compare them with past performance, identify gaps, and take necessary measures to address the causes of failing to meet targets.
Monitor execution and delivery rates of customer orders, and take necessary corrective actions in case of any delays or shortcomings.
Review and follow up on daily requests for stock withdrawal from the branch.
Job Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
6 to 10 years of experience in branch management or operational processes in the retail sector or store management.
Proven experience in managing daily branch operations and supervising teams.
Strong knowledge of sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Experience in tracking sales targets and analyzing branch KPIs.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate the team.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve operational problems professionally.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Good command of the English language.
