Tasks: Operating and monitoring production machines under supervision and following the workflow to ensure efficiency and quality. Loading raw materials into machines and preparing them for production. Unloading finished products and preparing them for storage or shipping. Inspecting products to ensure their quality. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace. Assisting with simple maintenance tasks. Requirements: No higher qualification is required. Previous experience in the field of gaskets or refrigerators is preferred (0 to 5 years). Ability to work hard and withstand work pressure. Precise manual skills and ability to handle welding equipment. Conditions: No prior experience required. Ability to work hard and withstand work pressure. Readiness to work in changing shifts.
