· Develop and maintain the Total Rewards strategy in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and business goals.
· Lead the annual salary review process and ensure its implementation in accordance with approved policies and guidelines.
· Design and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation frameworks to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
· Manage and conduct annual market salary benchmarking studies, analyze the results, and provide recommendations to support competitive compensation decisions.
· Design and develop variable pay, incentive, and reward programs that support business objectives and drive employee performance.
· Develop and manage the employee benefits strategy, including medical insurance, life insurance, and retirement programs, to maximize value for both employees and the organization.
· Manage relationships with benefits providers and external consultants and negotiate service agreements to ensure high-quality services and cost efficiency.
· Participate in developing the annual HR budget in collaboration with business functions and HR teams, monitor monthly expenditures, reconcile costs with Finance reports, and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
· Review the calculation of all employee compensation and benefits, including salaries, incentives, bonuses, and other payments, to ensure accuracy and compliance while safeguarding the interests of both employees and the company.
· Conduct and participate in studies related to compensation, work systems, and working hours to support continuous improvement of compensation practices.
· Analyze compensation, allowances, bonuses, overtime, and deductions, and provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, optimize labour costs, and support informed business decisions.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree (Business, HR, Finance, or Accounting)
· 5 – 7 years Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience
· Advanced Excel and Power BI
· HRIS experience
· Financial budgeting experience
· Salary survey experience (Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW)
· Total Rewards certification (preferred)
