Job Title: Junior Tool & Die Design Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Tool & Die Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role at TECHNO requires an expert in mechanical product design, tooling design, and CAD software to drive innovation in engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop tooling, sheet metal dies, jigs, and injection molding components.
Utilize machine design principles and mechanical engineering expertise to create detailed product designs.
Produce detailed drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity, functionality, and quality of designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve design challenges, ensuring high standards of product performance.
Lead design projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in tooling design, sheet metal dies, jigs, and injection molding.
Expertise in machine design and mechanical engineering principles.
Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor or SOLIDWORKS
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of design engineering and product design principles.
Knowledge in Progressive Die Design
Knowledge in CAD/CAM,
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and stress analysis.
Skills & Tools Preferable:
CAD (SolidWorks, CAD/CAM)
Project Planning & Management
Dynamic & Static Simulation
Die Simulation & Stress Analysis
