Procurement And Quality Specialist

Job Summary

• Perform detailed pre-delivery quality checks on finished furniture items.
• Responsible for managing the factory and supplier network purchasing activities and quality control of locally manufactured products.
• Verify compliance with approved specifications dimensions materials finishing and overall craftsmanship.

• ensuring that all manufactured products meet the approved specifications drawings samples quantities quality standards and project deadlines.

• Identify and document any defects or non-conformities.
• Coordinate with the sellers to resolve issues before shipment.
• Approve or reject products for delivery based on inspection results.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Engineering Business Administration or related field.

• 47 years of relevant experience in procurement purchasing manufacturing supplier management or QC.

• Experience in furniture FF&E interior fit-out manufacturing hospitality or project-based procurement is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and materials.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Good understanding of QC and manufacturing inspection processes.

• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Willingness to conduct regular factory visits and supplier inspections.
