Job Summary

Connectalents the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring a Procurement Officer for a prominent real estate developer that focuses on building modern residential commercial and administrative projects across key areas in Egypt.

Job Role

• Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and quality.
  
• Review purchase requests issue RFQs and process purchase orders and contracts.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of construction materials equipment and project requirements in line with project schedules.
  
• Monitor procurement costs assist in budget tracking and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  
• Coordinate with project management engineering and finance teams to meet site procurement needs.
  
• Maintain supplier relationships track vendor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  

Requirements

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field.
  
• 24 years of experience in procurement preferably within real estate development or construction.
  
• Strong negotiation supplier evaluation and cost-control skills.
  
• Good knowledge of construction materials purchasing processes and standard contracts.
  
• Excellent command of English.
  
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:

What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 57 years of experience in structural design and site supervision. Minimum 3 years of experience in large real estate development projects (commercial malls and mixed-use developments). Proficiency in ETABS SAP2000 SAFE and AutoCAD.
