Procurement Amp Administration Officer

Job Summary

Your role will mainly cover:

1 Procurement amp; Supplier Management: Source new suppliers collect and compare quotations negotiate prices and terms purchase company requirements and follow up on orders and deliveries.

2 Company Assets & Administration: Manage and track company assets including laptops and equipment follow up on maintenance handovers inventory office supplies and other administrative requirements.

3 Operational amp; External Follow-up: Handle outdoor errands and follow-ups coordinate with suppliers maintenance centers and service providers and ensure operational requirements are completed on time.

Requirements

Were looking for someone who is:

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Procurement Administration Operations or a similar role

Active energetic and comfortable with frequent outdoor work

Strong in negotiation communication and stakeholder management

Highly organized with strong follow-up skills

Able to handle multiple tasks and solve day-to-day operational problems

Good with Excel; experience with Zoho or another ERP system is a plus

Good English is a plus
