Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid employee role for a Customer Service Representative French Account at Sutherlands location in Alexandria. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction managing customer accounts providing excellent customer service and effective communication

Qualifications :

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in French B2-C1
• English B1
• Grads only
• Fixed morning shifts and fixed weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
