Job Summary:

The Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Cisco Collaboration solutions, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration systems for clients. The role requires strong technical expertise in Cisco voice technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality technical support and project implementation.

Description:

• Deliver the implementation, operation, maintenance, and optimization of Cisco Collaboration projects.
• Design, configure, deploy, and support Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications solutions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco IM & Presence.
• Implement and support Cisco IP Telephony, VoIP, video conferencing, and related collaboration technologies.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure system availability and performance.
• Provide clients with professional, standardized technical support services and technical training.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and project reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Protect the organization's value by maintaining the confidentiality of company and client information.
• Continuously update technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and keeping up with the latest IT industry trends and developments.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cisco Collaboration / Unified Communications engineering.
• Deep technical knowledge of Cisco Voice products and Collaboration solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco IP Phones.
• Good understanding of VoIP, SIP, H.323, voice gateways, and network fundamentals.
• Experience in implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Cisco Collaboration solutions.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration or relevant Cisco certifications are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver technical presentations and training sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging technical issues.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive, with a strong hands-on and can-do approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
