Role Description:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team and work closely with industrial customers, understanding their technical requirements and recommending the right solutions to meet their needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Conduct regular customer and site visits to understand technical needs
• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations
• Offer pre- and post-sales technical support
• Monitor market trends and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
• Achieve assigned sales targets

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1-3 years in technical or B2B sales (industrial equipment, machinery, or maintenance products is a big plus)
• Understand technical requirements and can turn customer needs into practical solutions
• Communicate confidently, negotiate fairly, and speak good English
• Are self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable with frequent site visits
