Role: Responsible for executing the production plan (increasing efficiency, raising individual skill levels, implementing action plans, maintaining health and safety, daily production) in accordance with company objectives. Responsibilities: 1- Operating the machine. 2- Monitoring the production process. 3- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting. 4- Maintaining personal protective equipment and all other company property. 5- Reporting any working conditions they consider unsafe or unhealthy immediately to their supervisor or the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) inspector. 6- Working according to the M&W system, ensuring correct calculation of operating times, and performing detailed analysis of actual and net efficiency losses for production lines. 7- Executing CILT activities. 8- Identifying abnormalities and open tags according to their type. 9- Preparing OPL (One Point Lesson) systems and transferring them to other colleagues. 10- Working on KAIZEN improvement topics in the fields of SOC/HTA and continuous improvement opportunities.
