Job Opportunity: Senior Payroll Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Senior Payroll Specialist to lead and oversee our end-to-end payroll operations. In this role, you will ensure precise, timely, and compliant payroll execution while maintaining full alignment with Egyptian Labor Law, tax regulations, and social insurance standards. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience in payroll processing, data accuracy, and tax auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.

Calculate income taxes, social insurance contributions, medical insurance, and end-of-service benefits in strict compliance with Egyptian tax and labor regulations.

Audit time, attendance, overtime, leave balances, and deductions to ensure data integrity prior to payroll runs.

Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, variance analyses, and journal entries for the Finance and HR teams.

Manage tax filings, social insurance updates (Form 1, Form 2, Form 6), and coordinate with government authorities as needed.

Address and resolve complex employee payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and tax calculations with high confidentiality.

Continuously evaluate and optimize payroll processes, HRIS integrations, and internal audit controls.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources.

Expert knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Payroll Income Tax laws, and Social Insurance regulations.

High accuracy, keen attention to detail, and absolute commitment to confidentiality and data security.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates residing in Heliopolis or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
