Job Opportunity: Senior HR Specialist / Personnel

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist / Personnel to manage employee relations, workforce compliance, and personnel operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in local labor laws, HR software systems, and strategic problem-solving to foster a compliant and positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end personnel operations, employee lifecycle management, and record-keeping.

Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

Manage complex employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Supervise leave administration, attendance tracking, and integration with payroll processing.

Utilize HRIS and HR software to manage data, generate analytical reports, and optimize workflows.

Lead contract management, onboarding, offboarding, and exit interview procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

Labor Law Expertise: Advanced knowledge of labor regulations, legal compliance, and employee relations best practices.

Communication & Negotiation: Outstanding interpersonal, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills.

HRIS & Data Proficiency: Skilled in HR software tools, data management, and operational HR reporting.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proven ability to navigate complex organizational issues and make sound strategic decisions.

Personnel Administration: Strong command over attendance tracking, payroll inputs, social insurance, and personnel files audit.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in HR personnel and employee relations roles.

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHRi) is highly preferred.
