Track and report on progress against project plans
Track project issues and drive issue resolution and support in elimination of project challenges on both internal and external domains.
Monitor project internal and external dependencies
Work with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on defined resolution action plans.
Discuss project progress with stakeholders to ensure projects being on-track and having regular visibility on project status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics)
Involve the preparation of project status presentations, charts and detailed statistics.
Develop reports on the progress of the projects plans, risks, as well as the financial conditions
