The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Develop creative and engaging visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Design professional company profiles, brochures, presentations, proposals, and other B2B marketing materials.
• Create compelling graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, websites, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Design B2B Social Media Posts
• Design posts for LinkedIn
• Design infographics, website banners, blog visuals, and promotional materials.
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver creative designs aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and content production.
• Manage multiple design projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Experience working in Human Resources, Business Services, or other relevant B2B service industries.
• Proven experience in B2B graphic design and corporate branding.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong experience designing social media content and digital marketing materials.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is highly preferred.
• Experience creating corporate presentations, company profiles, and marketing collateral.
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
