- Ensures coordination with the respective regional maintenance supervisor to agree on the repair plan, in accordance with the drawings and technical specifications of the devices and equipment.- Reviews spare parts and operating supplies requirements with the regional maintenance supervisor before heading to customers.- Receives weekly work orders for preventive maintenance from the respective regional maintenance supervisor and carries them out.- Receives work orders for emergency maintenance from the respective regional maintenance supervisor and executes them immediately.- Follows up on the transportation and storage of new devices or devices repaired in the company's workshops, and handles their installation, operation, and handover to the customer in cooperation with the department's maintenance engineers.- Executes monthly and annual preventive maintenance plans according to their pre-determined timelines.- Handles emergency malfunctions immediately and proceeds to fulfill maintenance requests while ensuring the availability of the tools and spare parts necessary for such repairs.- Completes maintenance completion forms and obtains the customer's signature, as well as hands over replaced spare parts to the respective regional maintenance supervisor.- Possesses full knowledge of and adheres to occupational health and safety rules during maintenance and repair work.- Performs other duties assigned that relate to the objectives and nature of the job. Technical Skills: - Skills in medical device maintenance. - Electricity - Mechanics - Ability to perform tasks under pressure. - Ability to travel across various governorates throughout the week.
