IT Support Engineer required. Location: Nasr City – Cairo. IT Park, a company specializing in IT Outsourcing services and solutions, is announcing its need for a technical support engineer to join the team. Job Duties: Resolving computer hardware and Windows system problems. Supporting Microsoft Office and printers. Dealing with networking basics (LAN / Wi-Fi). Preparing devices and installing software. Receiving and following up on technical support requests until the problem is resolved. Monitoring devices and periodic maintenance. Providing technical support at various client work sites in Cairo. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in the IT Support field. Graduate of Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related major. Good knowledge of Windows, Office, and networking basics. Proficiency in English at an intermediate level at least. CCNA or MCSA certifications are preferred.
