• Implements HSEE Site strategy.
• Prepares internal instructions for release.
• Consolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs
• Prepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures.
• Organizes waste management and recycling.
• Checks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance.
• Conducts environmental and safety related trainings.
• Creates environmental emergency plan.
• Plans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system.
• Reports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents.
• Plans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns.Company Description

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related certificates .
• 1:3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Certified Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Specialist with recognized certification from NIOSH or equivalent.
• Valid First Aid certification,Completed Fire Fighting training.
• Professional Command in English.
• Certified in OSHA General Industry Standards.
• Good knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, risk assessment, ISO 45001,14001 and incident investigation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, and employee awareness sessions.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial facilities.
• Experience in Exell, power BI, word and PowerPoint.
