About Oons:

An all-female home services platform in Greater Cairo, connecting women with trusted service providers for cleaning, beauty, and home cooking. Every service provider is personally vetted and identity-verified before joining, and payment is made entirely in advance through the app to ensure safety for all parties.

Job Objective:

Building a strong network of service providers (primarily cleaning professionals), presenting suitable partnership offers to them, and managing customer bookings and follow-ups to ensure service is delivered with the highest quality.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting new service providers in various fields, with a primary focus on providing cleaning professionals for the home services department.
• Preparing attractive partnership and pricing offers for service providers to persuade them to join the platform.
• Coordinating appointments between customers and service providers, ensuring bookings are executed accurately and without errors.
• Maintaining constant communication with customers before and after service delivery to measure their satisfaction and resolve any issues immediately.
• Suggesting new services and service providers that meet changing market needs.

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with tact in negotiation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to track appointments and bookings.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with flexibility and composure.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or operations management; experience in service companies or apps is preferred.

Due to the nature of our business, which is based on building trust with service providers in their homes, and to ensure alignment with Oons' identity as an all-female platform, this position is exclusively for women.
