Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant role is a contract, on-site position based in Sharm El Sheikh. The role involves supporting daily food and beverage operations, including assisting with food preparation, setting up service areas, and ensuring dining spaces are clean and well-organized. The Food and Beverage Assistant will serve guests, take orders accurately, deliver food and drinks promptly, and handle basic billing or payment processes as needed. The role also includes maintaining hygiene standards, replenishing supplies, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to provide efficient, friendly guest service. The assistant is expected to follow company procedures, adhere to health and safety regulations, and contribute to a positive, respectful working environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling, with attention to hygiene and safety.
• Experience in Food Service, including table service, order taking, and basic handling of food and drink items.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact courteously with guests and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work on-site in Sharm El Sheikh with flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of food safety standards; formal training or certification in food handling is an advantage.
• Reliable, organized, and able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
• Proficiency in English or other relevant languages spoken by guests in Sharm El Sheikh is beneficial.
