Role Description As an Online English Teacher at Arraed International, you will conduct live, virtual English lessons for students of varying proficiency levels in a remote, online classroom environment. You will design and deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching materials to meet student needs, and provide clear explanations of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, giving constructive feedback, and maintaining regular communication with learners and, when applicable, program coordinators. You will use online tools and platforms to manage classes, track attendance, and share learning resources. This is a contract role and is fully remote, offering flexibility in scheduling within agreed teaching hours.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing learners in online or classroom settings.
• Experience in online teaching is a must (using google meet).
• Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design structured, goal-oriented lessons and learning activities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain concepts in an accessible way.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field are beneficial.
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or similar English teaching certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in scheduling, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are important.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with learners from diverse backgrounds are beneficial.
