Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at an engineering consultancy firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content and marketing materials that communicate the company's brand identity, engineering expertise, and project portfolio across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visual assets for digital marketing, social media, websites, presentations, and corporate communications.

  
  

• Develop company profiles, project portfolios, brochures, proposals, capability statements, and other corporate materials.

  
  

• Create presentations, infographics, and visual layouts to showcase engineering projects, technical information, and company achievements.

  
  

• Design marketing campaigns, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.

  
  

• Edit and enhance project photographs, architectural images, and other visual assets.

  
  

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Business Development, and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

  
  

• Ensure consistency across all visual communications and maintain the company's brand identity.

  
  

• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital files according to technical specifications.

  
  

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

  
  

• Stay updated on graphic design trends, creative tools, and digital marketing best practices.

  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  
  

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

  
  

• Previous experience in an engineering consultancy, architecture, construction, or real estate company is preferred.

  
  

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  
  

• Experience designing corporate presentations and company profiles using PowerPoint or equivalent tools.

  
  

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding skills.

  
  

• Knowledge of digital and print design requirements, image editing, and file preparation.

  
  

• Familiarity with social media design formats and digital marketing assets.

  
  

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

  
  

• Ability to handle multiple projects and incorporate feedback effectively.
