Are you an experienced PMO leader ready to drive strategic initiatives and oversee a portfolio of high-impact projects?

LIPS Healthcare is looking for an Executive PMO Manager to lead portfolio and programme governance, drive organisational transformation, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered successfully.

???? Key Responsibilities

- Lead portfolio and programme governance across strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, risks, and vendor performance.
- Lead and develop Project Managers and Delivery Leads.
- Report portfolio performance, progress, and key risks to the Executive Leadership Team and senior stakeholders.
- Drive organisational change management across digital and operational transformation programmes.
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  - 7–10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership or PMO management.
  - Proven experience in portfolio management, programme governance, and strategic project delivery.
  - Strong expertise in budgeting, risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
  - Experience with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
  - PMP certification required or strongly preferred, subject to the final hiring criteria.
  - Experience with MS Planner, Power BI, and other project portfolio management tools is an advantage.
  - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
  - Fluency in English and Arabic.
