We’re Hiring - Business Developer at Teddy Pixels
Teddy Pixels is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Developer to help us expand our client base and build strong partnerships across Egypt and the Gulf.
As an AI production house, we create AI-powered videos, campaign shoots, and creative content for brands across fashion, lifestyle, real estate, and automotive.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
• Following up on leads and converting opportunities into signed deals.
• Building relationships with brands and advertising agencies.
• Pitching our AI production services and presenting case studies.
• Negotiating proposals, closing deals, and growing existing client accounts.
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, account management, or client servicing within a creative, advertising, or digital agency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Working knowledge of AI image and video generation tools.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong understanding of the creative industry.
Location: Cairo, Egypt (Office-based)
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary plus uncapped commission.
