Role Description The Application Developer Senior Supervisor (AI & .NET) will lead and supervise a development team, ensuring high-quality delivery of AI-driven and .NET-based applications that support Xceed’s business operations. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo involves designing and implementing software solutions, overseeing system integration, and guiding database-related development activities. The role includes reviewing code, setting development standards, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to security, performance, and compliance requirements. The Senior Supervisor will mentor team members, manage project timelines and priorities, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and architectures.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming, ideally with advanced experience in .NET technologies and AI/ML frameworks.
• Candidates should possess solid skills in working with Databases, including design, optimization, and integration of data stores into enterprise applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end practices to support user interface consistency and responsiveness.
• Candidates should possess skills in Integration, including APIs, web services, and connecting applications with internal and external systems.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in software development teams, with proven people management and coaching capabilities.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications within BPO, contact center, or similar high-availability environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
