Lawyers are required to work from the office headquarters in Cairo.

Requirements

Full-time commitment to the job.

Perseverance, keen observation, focus, and accuracy.

Good knowledge of laws and legislation, and the ability to apply and adapt them to serve the interests of the firm's clients.

Keeping up with amendments that may occur to laws and legislation on an ongoing basis.

The ability to research Supreme Court rulings, extract legal principles, and follow any amendments that may occur to them.

Research, legal characterization, and correct application to facts, drafting and organizing defenses, anticipating opposing counsel's arguments, and responding to them.

The ability to apply judicial fee laws and calculate awarded legal interest.

The ability to use case management software, court platforms, and government and contracted entity portals by searching through guides and similar cases.

The ability to extract daily tasks from the case management software and court platforms, and follow up on their execution and documentation.

Following up on appeal deadlines and other procedures and directives issued by the courts and executing them.

The ability to prepare and submit daily reports on required tasks, tasks already executed, and those not executed, with an explanation of the reasons for non-execution.

The ability to use Microsoft Office.

Daily Tasks

Providing legal consultations and drafting contracts, defense memos, enforcement regulations, appeal petitions, original and counterclaim filings, and document portfolios.

Directing and managing litigation procedures.

Facing challenges and searching for unconventional solutions to problems that may arise.

Registering lawsuits, appeals, and enforcement files, and following up on the decisions and procedures issued therein.

Issuing notices and notifications and registering powers of attorney.

Executing judgments and exhausting all compulsory enforcement procedures until the awarded amounts are collected or the action is performed if the judgment pertains to an obligation to perform.
