Job Description:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments

Source screen and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles

Build talent pipelines for manufacturing and operational positions

Coordinate with hiring managers to support workforce planning

Manage recruitment channels employer branding activities and hiring KPIs

Support onboarding and recruitment process improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

3-5 years of relevant HR experience

Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred

Strong communication organizational and stakeholder management skills

Good English proficiency

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
