Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineering Internship Program (Civil) based in Qesm El Sherouk. Interns will support project engineers and site supervisors with daily tasks such as assisting in site inspections, monitoring construction activities, and documenting progress. Responsibilities include helping review drawings and technical specifications, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers under supervision. Interns will also learn to apply civil engineering principles to real-world challenges, contribute to problem-solving on site, and adhere to safety and quality standards. The program is designed to provide structured mentorship, exposure to multiple project phases, and practical experience in real estate development.
Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Civil Engineering program, with foundational knowledge of structural, geotechnical, and construction engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation, with basic skills in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in measurements, calculations, and quality checks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate respectfully with engineers, site staff, and external partners.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and follow instructions in a fast-paced site environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Qesm El Sherouk, adhere to safety protocols, and learn from field conditions and practical constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and the ability to prepare simple reports and presentations.
• Previous internship, academic project, or coursework related to real estate development or construction management is an advantage.
