About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Freelancer interested in the Middle Eastern market to join our early-stage overseas project and help grow our creator community.
Responsibilities
- Creator Recruitment: Source and onboard creators through Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, MCNs, and other channels.
- Creator Engagement: Follow up on creators' posting activities and encourage consistent content creation.
- Relationship Management: Build strong creator relationships, identify promising creators, and drive platform engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Creator Operations, KOL Marketing, or Creator Management preferred.
- University students and entry-level candidates are welcome.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market, especially GCC audiences, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Existing creator networks are a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and execution skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement: Freelancer / Remote
