• Role Purpose:
  The Store Manager is responsible to drive customer experience, sales, and business KPls for the store in line with the brand's strategy by managing and coaching the staff.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Create and maintain conditions for high performance, motivation, and low staff turnover.
  Train the team on products, make-up application technique, and selling techniques to deliver the brand's customer experience.
  Monitor that business KPIs are in line with goals, set follow-up action plans for the store, and update the Area Manager with relevant market trends.
  Deliver business goals as defined with the Area Manager (Customer experience, Sales, Opex).
  Prioritize actions for the store that would impact goals, while having a quarterly action plan for the store.
  Consistently monitor Business KPIs (LFL
  progression, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket...).
  Guarantee that stores are compliant with all the brand's standards and store procedures, while executing promotional calendars.
  Consistently monitor the proper execution in the stores and address any gap in compliance with corporate policies or local laws.

Collaborates with Customer Experience Trainers when applicable.
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure they have the necessary skill base and required image and that they are
optimally enabled to maximize their potential contribution to the company; Conduct daily Japanese meetings to keep the staff informed and engaged.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
5 years of experience in a managerial role.
Knowledge of beauty products in regard to cosmetics.
Good product knowledge and understanding of store operating procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English.
