We are Sorour Company, operating in the ready-made garments and retail sector, and we are hiring for the position of: HR Manager (Part-Time).

• Job Duties:
• Manage and follow up on all personnel affairs.
• Review attendance, departure, and payroll.
• Handle Social Insurance and Labor Office matters.
• Organize employee files, contracts, and leave records.
• Execute recruitment processes and select talent.
• Build and develop HR policies and regulations.
• Establish a performance evaluation system (KPIs) for employees.
• Monitor discipline, investigations, and penalties.
• Develop the organizational structure and job descriptions.
• Contribute to reducing employee turnover.
• Monitor employee training and development.
• Supervise onboarding for new employees.
• Assist in building a professional administrative system for the company.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in HR and personnel affairs.
• Experience in labor laws and insurance.
• Leadership and organized personality.
• Previous experience in retail or ready-made garments is a strong advantage.
• Preference for those with experience in building and developing HR systems within commercial companies.

Work System:

• Attendance one or two days per week with administrative follow-up throughout the week.
