- Key Responsibilities:* Monitor product quality throughout production processes.* Conduct sampling and testing for raw materials and finished products.* Perform physical tests such as PDI, sieve tests, floating/sinking tests, and stability tests.* Ensure correct packaging, labeling, printing, and product specifications.* Monitor production lines, storage conditions, and contamination prevention measures.* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.* Investigate non-conformities and follow corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).* Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Safety, and Purchasing departments.* Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.- Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Animal Prouction Department is preferred ).* Experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (preferred in the field of Food production, Feeds, or Mills industries).* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Good communication and reporting skills. - Department:Quality Control.- Reports To:Quality Manager.
