About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Content Strategist to join our marketing team in Maadi. In this role, you will be the architect of our brand’s voice. You will be responsible for designing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support business goals. This is a strategic role that requires a blend of creative vision, data analysis, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals and target audience.
• Content Planning: Create and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content across all channels (Blog, Social Media, Email, Website, and Whitepapers).
• Audience Research: Conduct market research to understand customer personas, pain points, and industry trends to tailor content effectively.
• SEO & Performance: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and drives organic traffic. Analyze content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Brand Voice: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone and style across all marketing materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Design, Sales, and Product teams to ensure content supports campaigns and product launches.
• Content Audits: Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement or repurposing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: +2 years of proven experience in Content Strategy, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing (preferably within a Marketing Agency or similar industry).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating successful content campaigns and writing samples is required.
• SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Location: Must be able to commute to Maadi, Cairo for a full-time, on-site role..
