The company specializes in conducting research related to construction and monitoring construction projects. Your primary task will be to visit construction sites, collect project data, and take clear, high-quality photos of the project identification boards located in the governorates. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Visit construction sites: Your efforts will be concentrated in the main cities within the governorates of Fayoum – Beni Suef – Minya, in addition to other active development areas in the governorates. • Collect basic project information (type of project, construction status, and participating companies - including owner, contractor, and engineering consultant). • Capture high-quality photos of site boards: The photos must be clear and accurate, effectively showing both the project and the entire site board. Required Skills and Experience: • Mastery of field research methods, including the ability to conduct field visits, collect information, and verify its accuracy. • Extensive knowledge of all cities within the governorates of Fayoum – Beni Suef – Minya. • Proficiency in using smartphone cameras to capture high-quality photos, as well as familiarity with mobile applications for data transfer. • Ability to work independently and possess effective communication skills. • Having a reliable means of transportation (such as a car or motorcycle) is highly preferred.
