Job nature:- Customer service in branches, serving as a link between customers and mobile maintenance technicians. Responsible for receiving devices requested for repair and creating a report of the required repairs for the maintenance supervisor. Required conditions: - Age does not exceed 35 years - Higher / Above intermediate qualification - Proficient in English and customer handling. Nature of work: The shift is 9 hours, including a one-hour break, meaning 8 hours of actual work + one hour of overtime. - Work location is in Dream2000 branches in New Nozha, Heliopolis, and Alf Maskan.
