We're Hiring: Customer Success Specialist

Location: New Cairo

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely support.

• Handle inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively within a team

• Proficiency in digital communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM)

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Service is preferred

• Bachelor 's degree or equivalent prctical.
