Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales targets. Lead and manage the sales team, monitor performance, and distribute sales targets. Develop business relationships with existing clients and attract new ones. Manage and expand the client base of companies, contractors, consultants, engineering firms, distributors, and merchants. Supervise B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sales activities. Follow up on sales opportunities, negotiate with clients, and finalize contracts and deals. Analyze sales data and reports and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Study the market and competitors and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and the highest level of service is achieved. Submit periodic reports to senior management regarding sales results, challenges, and development opportunities. Requirements and Qualifications: Previous practical experience in sales and managing sales teams. Strong experience in B2B sales, with preference for experience in B2C sales. Experience in setting sales plans and achieving Sales Targets. Strong leadership, management, and sales team development skills. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and monitor performance indicators. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Personal Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to make decisions and solve problems. Analytical thinking and strategic planning. Ability to work under pressure and achieve results. Initiative and the ability to develop business and open new markets. Workplace: Cairo, with the possibility of travel and following up on business in other governorates.
