1. Prepare and review daily journal entries, post them to the general ledger, and verify supporting documents

2. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closings on schedule

3. Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flows, equity) and management reports with variance analysis

4. Monitor customer balances, debt aging, and collections

5. Reconcile supplier accounts and follow up on accrued payables

6. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

7. Monitor cash flows and due obligations, and review treasury accounts

8. Maintain the fixed assets register, calculate depreciation, and reconcile inventory balances with the warehouses

9. Prepare VAT, withholding and additions (discount and add), and income tax returns, and monitor the e-invoicing system

10. Coordinate with the external auditor and the Tax Authority, apply internal controls, and supervise junior accountants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting major

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Excel

• Proficiency in ERP systems
