• Reviewing and approving daily journal entries and their supporting documents

• Completing monthly and annual closings on schedule

• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis

• Monitoring customer balances, debt aging, and compliance

• Reconciling supplier accounts

• Approving monthly bank reconciliations and continuously resolving discrepancies

• Monitoring cash flows and accrued liabilities

• Preparing and reviewing VAT, withholding and additions (discount and add) tax, and income tax returns

• Monitoring the e-invoicing system and reconciling it with records

• Coordinating with the external auditor and the Tax Authority, and preparing the required documents

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of Experience

• Proficiency in using Excel

• Proficiency in using ERP systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting major
